How Do I Get Technical Assistance ?

The Geek Team offers technical assistance for matters relating to our supply of hosting and domain name services.

Unfortunately, there are some things you may not be able to fix yourself. In these cases you should submit a new eTicket to the Technical Support queue, remembering to give us as much information about the issue and how to replicate it to avoid replies going back and forth. Include any error messages you might be seeing, or even take a screen shot and attach it to the eTicket to we can see exactly what you're seeing.

To submit a new eTicket, simply login to your client area and select Open New Ticket and choose the service the request relates to. You should expect a reply within 2 hours on most occasions.
